Casumo withdrawal time has two parts: approval, which Casumo says usually takes a matter of hours and is decided within 3 days at most under its withdrawal policy, then the transfer, which is instant after approval for PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, up to 2 days for cards and up to 5 days by bank.
Approval first: Casumo says withdrawals are reviewed within hours, and its policy says each request is approved or denied within 3 days.
After approval: e-wallets and Apple Pay are listed as instant, debit cards up to 2 days, bank transfers up to 5 days.
Withdrawals under £10 carry a £3 fee; £10 or more is fee-free.
An active bonus with unfinished 10x wagering is the most common thing that changes what you can cash out.
UK rules ban reverse withdrawals: once requested, you can’t cancel and replay the money.

How long does a Casumo withdrawal take?
Add the approval time to the method time. Casumo’s UK homepage says withdrawal requests are “reviewed and processed within a matter of hours”, and its withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab) sets the outer limit: a request is approved or denied within 3 days. Once approved, the money moves at the speed of the payment method you chose. The fastest realistic case is a PayPal or Apple Pay withdrawal approved the same day; the slowest is a bank transfer that uses the full 3-day review and the full 5-day transfer window.
This page treats those figures as Casumo’s own published targets, not promises. The Gambling Commission does not set a maximum payout time, so there is no regulatory clock to quote. What the rules do say is that you can withdraw your money without unreasonable delay, which matters if a payout stalls; more on that further down. For the wider picture of the casino, see our Casumo casino page.
Casumo withdrawal times by payment method
The table combines the approval window with each method’s transfer time, so you can see the best and worst case for each route as Casumo publishes them.

“Best case” assumes approval within hours, as Casumo’s homepage describes. “Longest total” simply adds the 3-day approval limit to the method’s maximum. Weekends and bank holidays can affect when your bank posts a card or bank payment.
Methods such as Paysafecard, Trustly and Google Pay do not appear in Casumo’s published withdrawal-time table, so if you deposited that way, check the cashier for the withdrawal route it offers. The full list of deposit and withdrawal options is on the Casumo payment methods page.
The Casumo withdrawal process step by step
A withdrawal passes through the same stages every time. Knowing them makes it easier to tell a normal wait from a problem.
Open the cashier, choose Withdraw, pick a method and enter the amount. Aim for £10 or more to avoid the £3 fee.
The request enters review. Casumo checks the account, any bonus in play and whether identity details are complete. Its homepage describes this stage as taking hours; the policy caps it at 3 days.
Casumo approves or declines the request. A decline should come with a reason, such as a verification gap or unmet bonus terms.
The payment is sent. E-wallets and Apple Pay are listed as instant from this point; cards up to 2 days; bank up to 5 days.
The money lands in your e-wallet, card account or bank. Check your transaction history if it has not appeared by the end of the stated window.
Under the Gambling Commission’s rules on reverse withdrawals (opens in a new tab), in force since 31 October 2021, a UK operator must not offer you the option to cancel a withdrawal once you have asked for it. That rule exists because the pending period used to be a point where money drifted back into slots; it now stays on its way out.
Casumo withdrawal fees and amounts
Casumo’s withdrawal policy charges a £3 fee on any withdrawal below £10 and nothing at £10 or above. It does not publish a minimum withdrawal amount. In practice the fee makes small withdrawals poor value, as this table shows.

Why a Casumo withdrawal can take longer
Most delays come from a short list of causes, and almost all of them can be sorted before you ask to cash out.
Common causes of a slower Casumo payout
Cause
What happens
How to avoid it
Identity or address details incomplete
Review pauses until checks are finished
Complete verification soon after signing up
Active bonus with wagering left
Bonus funds and their winnings may not be withdrawable yet
Finish or forfeit the bonus before requesting
New payment method
Extra checks that the account belongs to you
Withdraw to a method you have already deposited with
Bank or card processing
Payment approved but not yet posted
Allow the full 2 or 5 days before chasing
Weekend or bank holiday
Banks may post the next working day
Request earlier in the week if timing matters
On verification, the Commission’s guidance on age, ID and financial verification (opens in a new tab) says an operator cannot make proof of identity a condition of withdrawal if it could have asked for it earlier, except where the law requires a check at that point (for example under anti-money-laundering rules). So age and identity should already be confirmed when you sign up, before any deposit; further checks at withdrawal stage should be the exception.
How the Casumo bonus affects your withdrawal
Casumo’s welcome offer is a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of at least £20, with the bonus wagered 10x within 7 days and a maximum bet of £5 while it is active. The 10x applies to the bonus amount. Here is what that means before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.

How your own deposited money is treated while a bonus is active, and which funds are used first, is set out in the bonus terms, so read Casumo’s before opting in. If you decide you would rather withdraw than finish the wagering, the terms will say what happens to the bonus. Our guide to wagering requirements on slots explains the arithmetic, and the 10x wagering cap page covers the rule in force since 19 January 2026.
Fastest Casumo withdrawal method: e-wallet, Apple Pay or card?
On Casumo’s published figures, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter are the quickest because they are instant once approved. Debit cards are the middle option and bank transfer the slowest. Speed is not the only factor, though.
Advantages
E-wallets and Apple Pay: instant after approval on Casumo’s table.
Debit card: no extra account needed, and the money goes straight back to your bank card.
Bank transfer: suits larger sums for players who prefer money to go directly to a current account.
Drawbacks
E-wallets: money sits in another account before reaching your bank, which adds a step.
Debit card: up to 2 days after approval.
Bank transfer: up to 5 days after approval, the longest wait listed.
Also note that an e-wallet loaded from a credit card cannot be used to fund gambling in Great Britain; the credit card gambling ban has applied since 14 April 2020.
What to do if your Casumo withdrawal is late
First, check whether you are still inside the published window: up to 3 days for approval, then the method’s transfer time. If you are past it, work through these steps in order.
Look at the transaction history in your account to see whether the request is pending, approved or declined.
If it was declined, read the reason and fix it (for example, a missing document or unfinished bonus wagering).
Email support at hey@casumo.com (UK hours 7:00 to 23:00) with the date, amount and method, and keep a copy.
If that does not resolve it, raise a formal complaint under Casumo’s complaints procedure. The operator has 8 weeks to resolve it.
If the complaint is still unresolved after 8 weeks, ask for referral to the operator’s alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, which is free to use.
A large win is paid through the same process, though any account may face checks the law requires, such as anti-money-laundering reviews. Winnings themselves are not taxed for UK players; operators pay duty on their profits instead, and remote gaming duty rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026. See tax on slot winnings for the detail.
It is also worth being clear about what a withdrawal is: money you have kept, not income. Slot results are random, and over time the RTP means stakes return less than was put in. A useful habit is to decide before a session what you will withdraw if your balance reaches a set figure, and stick to it. Our slot bankroll guide has worked examples.
Casumo withdrawal time compared with other casinos
Each of our partner casinos publishes its own payout figures, and they are measured in different ways, so compare like with like: approval time plus method time. You can read the equivalent pages for Coral, Ladbrokes and PlayOJO. Whichever casino you use, the fastest step you control is completing identity checks early and withdrawing to a method you already use there.
Casumo offer and where to play
Withdrawal speed is a practical reason to choose a casino; the offers are a separate question. Casumo’s welcome offer is for new customers aged 18+ who opt in: a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, bonus wagered 10x within 7 days, £5 maximum bet while the bonus is active, with game, play and payment restrictions. Unfinished wagering is the most likely reason a withdrawal looks smaller than your balance, so plan for it.
PlayOJO, shown second, gives new UK customers (18+, excluding Northern Ireland) 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza when they make a first deposit of £10 or more; spins are 10p each and winnings are paid in cash with no wagering, so there is no bonus playthrough to hold up a withdrawal. Terms apply to both offers, game availability changes, and only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
Significant terms: 18+. New customers only. Opt-in required. 50% deposit bonus up to £100 on first deposit. Minimum deposit £20. 10x wagering on the bonus amount. Maximum bet or spin £5. Bonus valid for 7 days. Game, play and payment method restrictions apply. Full T&Cs apply. GamCare.org.uk

Frequently asked questions
How long does Casumo take to approve a withdrawal?
Casumo says withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a matter of hours, and its withdrawal policy states that each request is approved or denied within 3 days. Approval is the stage where the casino checks your account, verification status and any bonus in play. Once approved, the transfer time depends on the method: instant for PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, up to 2 days for cards and up to 5 days for bank transfers. Completing Casumo sign up checks early helps.
Is Casumo PayPal withdrawal instant?
Casumo lists PayPal withdrawals as instant after approval, so the total time is mainly the review stage, which the casino says usually takes hours and at most 3 days under its policy. Once the money reaches PayPal, moving it on to your bank is a separate PayPal transaction with its own timing. PayPal can also be used to deposit, with the usual £10 minimum. If you want the welcome bonus, check its payment restrictions first, as covered on the Casumo minimum deposit page.
How long do Casumo card withdrawals take?
Card withdrawals at Casumo are listed as taking up to 2 days after approval. Adding the approval window, which the policy caps at 3 days, the longest total under Casumo’s published figures is around 5 days, though many requests are reviewed far sooner. Only debit cards can be used, since credit cards have been banned for gambling in Great Britain since 14 April 2020. Banks may not post payments at weekends or on bank holidays. See Casumo payment methods for the alternatives.
Does Casumo charge a withdrawal fee?
Casumo charges a £3 fee on withdrawals below £10, according to its withdrawal policy, and no fee on withdrawals of £10 or more. On a £5 withdrawal that fee takes 60% of the amount, so small cash-outs are poor value. The casino does not publish a minimum withdrawal figure. Don’t keep playing purely to reach £10, because each extra spin carries the game’s house edge; our page on how much slot machines pay out shows why.
Can I cancel a Casumo withdrawal?
No, you shouldn’t be offered the option to cancel or reverse a withdrawal at Casumo or any other UK-licensed casino. The Gambling Commission banned reverse withdrawals from 31 October 2021, and its guidance says operators should not offer to let you deposit pending withdrawal funds back. The aim is to stop money being pulled back into play during the waiting period. If you made a mistake, such as the wrong amount, contact support. Our UK slot machine rules guide lists related protections.
Why is my Casumo withdrawal pending?
A pending Casumo withdrawal is usually in the review stage, which the casino says normally takes hours and is decided within 3 days under its policy. Common reasons for a longer pending period are incomplete identity or address checks, an active bonus with wagering left, or a withdrawal to a method you have not used before. If the request passes 3 days without a decision, email hey@casumo.com with the details. Our page on whether a casino can refuse to pay a slot win covers your rights.
What is the fastest way to withdraw from Casumo?
On Casumo’s published table, the fastest routes are PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, all listed as instant once the withdrawal is approved. Debit cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5 days after approval. The quickest step within your control is finishing verification and any bonus wagering before you request, so the review has nothing to hold it up. Compare with PlayOJO withdrawal time if speed is your main concern.
Does a Casumo bonus stop me withdrawing?
An active Casumo bonus can limit what you can withdraw until its terms are met, which is why reading the bonus terms before opting in matters. The welcome bonus is 50% up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more and must be wagered 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet meanwhile. On a £10 bonus that is £100 of wagering. The terms explain what happens to bonus funds if you withdraw early. Our wagering requirements guide works through examples.
Do I pay tax on Casumo winnings?
No, UK players do not pay tax on gambling winnings, including slot wins withdrawn from Casumo. Duty is paid by the operator on its profits instead: remote gaming duty went up from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026. If you later invest winnings, any interest or returns from that investment are a separate matter. Keeping your own record of deposits and withdrawals is still sensible for budgeting. See our page on tax on slot winnings for more detail.
What can I do if Casumo will not pay my withdrawal?
Start with Casumo’s support email, hey@casumo.com, then make a formal complaint if the problem is not fixed. A UK-licensed operator has 8 weeks to resolve a complaint, after which it must offer referral to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, which costs you nothing. The Gambling Commission does not settle individual disputes, but it explains your rights on its withdrawal guidance page. Our slot complaints and ADR page sets out the steps and time limits.
