A low deposit slots bonus is a casino offer you can claim with a small first payment, usually £10, though some casinos accept deposits from £5. Among our partners, £10 is the lowest amount that qualifies for a welcome offer, even where the cashier accepts £5. This page sets out each partner’s minimums, what £10 buys in spins, and how to make a small budget work without overspending.
Coral and Ladbrokes publish a £5 minimum for Google Pay and Pay by Bank, but their offers need £10 of slot play.
PlayOJO’s 80 no-wagering spins need a first deposit of at least £10; Casumo’s bonus needs £20.
£10 at 10p a spin is 100 spins of stake; at 96% RTP the long-run average cost is 40p, but any session can lose the lot.
Small deposits add up: five £10 top-ups are £50. Set a deposit limit first. 18+, terms apply.

What a low deposit slots bonus means
There are two different minimums to keep in mind. The minimum deposit is the smallest payment the cashier accepts. The qualifying amount is the smallest deposit or stake that triggers an offer. They are often different: a casino may accept £5 but only credit its welcome offer once you have deposited or staked £10. Low deposit bonus searches usually mean the second number, because that decides what you need to spend to get the offer.
The phrase is also used loosely for £1, £3 and £5 deposit casinos. None of our partners has an offer at those levels, and we don’t list casinos we haven’t checked. If you see one elsewhere, read the terms closely: low-deposit offers often come with smaller spin counts, shorter expiry or wagering, which can’t exceed 10x since 19 January 2026.

These figures come from each casino’s published help pages and offer terms. Where a casino doesn’t publish a minimum, we say so; check the cashier.

Ladbrokes’ full value depends on claiming each day’s spins before 23:59 and using them within 7 days; miss days and the value falls. Logging in daily only to avoid losing spins is a habit worth avoiding if you hadn’t planned to play. For the structure of these offers see deposit £10 get free spins and bet £10 get free spins.
How far a low deposit goes on slots
Your stake per spin decides how long a small deposit lasts. The table shows how many spins a deposit buys if you don’t replay any wins, and the long-run average cost of those spins at 96% RTP. Real sessions swing well above and below that average.
Spins and average cost from a small deposit at 96% RTP
Volatility matters as much as stake on a small budget. A low volatility slot spreads its return across frequent small wins, so a £10 deposit usually lasts longer; a high-volatility game can empty it in a few dozen spins while waiting for a feature. These low-volatility games are in our checked slot facts.

The catch with small deposits
A low minimum makes it easy to top up again and again. Five £10 deposits in an evening are £50, and that is how small budgets turn into large ones. UK rules now push against this: since 31 October 2025, casinos must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit, and since 28 February 2025 they must run financial vulnerability checks once net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. The Commission explains the limit changes in its deposit limit announcement (opens in a new tab).
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit at the amount you would happily spend on entertainment.
Count top-ups, not just the first deposit, when you judge what a session cost.
Use a debit card or another permitted method; credit cards have been banned for gambling since 14 April 2020.
Stop if you notice yourself depositing again to win back a loss.
Payment methods that don’t qualify for low deposit offers
Small deposits are often made with e-wallets or prepaid vouchers, and those are exactly the methods our partners’ spins offers exclude. Coral excludes Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards. Ladbrokes excludes prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers. 10bet’s welcome bonus excludes Skrill and Neteller deposits. If you deposit with an excluded method, the offer won’t be credited, so check the list before you pay.
Low deposit slots bonus myths
Myth: a £5 deposit always gets the welcome offer. At our partners the cashier may take £5, but offers need £10.
Myth: low-deposit players get worse game odds. The RTP version is the same whatever you deposit.
Myth: a bigger match bonus is always better value. A 50% match needs a larger deposit and carries wagering; no-wagering spins at £10 can be simpler.
Myth: small stakes can’t lose much. 100 spins at 10p can lose the whole £10; small stakes slow losses, they don’t prevent them.
How to claim a low deposit slots bonus step by step
Read the offer’s qualifying amount, not just the cashier minimum.
Register and complete age and identity verification.
Set a deposit limit when you are prompted before your first deposit.
Deposit at least the qualifying amount using a method that isn’t excluded.
Where the offer needs it, stake the qualifying amount on slots, such as £10 at Coral or Ladbrokes.
Accept or claim the spins in time, play them on the named game and note the expiry.

Frequently asked questions
What is the lowest deposit for a slots bonus in the UK?
Among our five partners, the lowest amount that qualifies for a slots offer is £10. Google Pay and Pay by Bank deposits of £5 are accepted by Coral and Ladbrokes, but their free spins offers need £10 of slot play, and PlayOJO’s 80 spins need a first deposit of £10. Casumo’s welcome bonus needs £20. Other casinos may advertise lower amounts, so read their terms for spin value, expiry and wagering. Our Coral minimum deposit page shows how the cashier figures work.
Can I get free spins with a £5 deposit?
Not with any of our partners. A £5 deposit is accepted by Coral and Ladbrokes for Google Pay and Pay by Bank, but neither offer is credited until you have staked £10 on slots, and PlayOJO’s offer needs a £10 first deposit. If you see £5 deposit spins elsewhere, check the spin value, the eligible games, the expiry and whether winnings carry wagering, which is capped at 10x. Our page on free spins on slots explains the terms to look for.
What do I get for a £10 deposit on slots?
For £10 of qualifying play or deposit, our partners give 100 spins at 10p at Coral, up to 500 spins at 10p over 10 days at Ladbrokes, or 80 spins at 10p on Big Bass Bonanza at PlayOJO, all with no wagering on winnings. Those are £10, up to £50 and £8 of stake value respectively, not winnings you can count on. Ladbrokes’ full amount needs you to claim each day before 23:59. Our 10p free spins page shows what that stake value tends to return.
How long will a £10 deposit last on slots?
A £10 deposit gives 100 spins at 10p, 50 at 20p or 20 at 50p if you don’t replay any winnings. Replaying wins stretches it further, but on any slot below 100% RTP the balance tends downwards over time, and a high-volatility game can empty it in a few dozen spins. At 96% RTP the long-run average cost of staking £10 once is 40p, though a single session can lose all of it. Our guide to how long your money will last on slots runs more examples.
Do low deposit bonuses have wagering requirements?
Our three £10 offers have no wagering on spin winnings. Deposit-match bonuses usually do: Casumo’s 50% bonus must be wagered 10 times within 7 days, so a £10 bonus on a £20 deposit needs £100 of play. Since 19 January 2026 no UK-licensed casino can require more than 10x, so older low-deposit deals with 35x or 50x wagering have gone. Always check whether winnings are paid as cash or bonus funds. Our wagering on slots guide works through the sums.
Is a low deposit casino safe?
A low minimum deposit says nothing about safety; the licence does. Check the casino’s footer for its Gambling Commission account number and confirm it on the public register before depositing. Our partners are licensed through LC International Limited (54743) for Coral and Ladbrokes, Skill On Net Limited (39326) for PlayOJO, Recro Limited (61549) for Casumo and Blue Star Planet Limited (43173) for 10bet. Avoid sites that aren’t licensed for Great Britain. Our is Coral legit page shows how to read a register entry.
Can I use PayPal for a low deposit slots bonus?
Not for our free spins partners. Both Coral’s and Ladbrokes’ offers exclude PayPal deposits, along with Paysafe, Skrill, Neteller and prepaid cards, and Coral also excludes certain debit cards. You can still deposit with PayPal at both, but the spins won’t be credited. 10bet’s welcome bonus excludes Skrill and Neteller, not PayPal. Check the excluded methods on the day you sign up, because they can change. Our Ladbrokes payment methods page lists the published options.
Are low stake slots better for a small deposit?
Low stakes make a small deposit last longer, but they don’t change the game’s RTP or improve your chances on any spin. At 10p a spin, £10 gives 100 spins; at 50p it gives 20. Pairing low stakes with a low-volatility game, such as Starburst at 96.09% RTP, usually produces a longer session with smaller, more frequent wins. Check each game’s minimum bet first, since not every slot goes as low as 10p. Our low stake slot machines page explains the options.
Is a 50% match on £20 better than spins for £10?
It depends on how you value wagering. Casumo’s 50% match on a £20 deposit adds £10 of bonus funds, which must be wagered 10 times, £100 of play, within 7 days, costing about £4 on average at 96% RTP. Coral’s offer gives 100 spins at 10p, £10 of stake value, for £10 of slot play, with no wagering on winnings. For a small budget, no-wagering spins are simpler and quicker to judge. Our free spins vs bonus cash comparison covers both.
Why do casinos set a higher minimum for bonuses than deposits?
Casinos set the two separately. The cashier minimum, £5 for some methods at Coral and Ladbrokes, relates to payment processing, while the qualifying amount for an offer is a commercial choice written into its terms. Because the qualifying amount is a significant condition, UK advertising rules require it to be stated clearly alongside the offer. If they differ, the qualifying amount is the one that matters for the offer. Our slot welcome bonus page explains how welcome offers are built.
